Return Policy 

Please read the return policy prior to contacting us:

  • Kendrick Line Designs accepts items for store credit only, no refunds or cancellations. Credits can't be combined with discounts.
  • ​All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the date you placed your order and must be returned within that period. *We're not responsible for package return costs*
  • All items purchased on sale are final sale. No returns or store credit. No exceptions.

Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days after delivery to be confirmed and processed; this does not include the time it takes for your bank to credit your account. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the following condition: Items must be free of odors, deodorant, pet hair, and stains. The item(s) must be unworn or unused, and tags must be attached to all garments.

We will NOT accept items of the following:

  • Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
  • Shows signs of pet hair, stains, deodarant, and odors
  • Does not have the Kendrick Line Designs tag attached
  • Purchased with a store credit (partially or full)
  • Is a Seasonal item, including jewelry and other products.
  • Is an intimate (bralettes) or bodysuit
  • Is a sale item
  • Is socks or footies
  • Is a gifting item (totes, accessories, charms, drink related products)
  • Is any item purchased with a discount code

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 2 days) if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Kendrick Line Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS/UPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

RETURNS FOR A REFUND

Returns for a refund will incur the return shipping label cost, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method after your return is inspected and approved. ​

HOLIDAY RETURNS

All purchases of items between November 24 and December 31 will fall into our Holiday Return Policy. You will have until January 30 to return your items for store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Shipping Address Outside United States)

At this time, Kendrick Line Designs is not offering international shipping.
