What kind of clothing does Kendrick Line Designs offer?

Kendrick Line Designs offers men, women, and unisex designs in adaptive clothing and boutique styles:

  • Adaptive clothing is designed for individuals with medical needs due to a disease or recent operation. These needs include but are not exhaustive, accessing/de-accessing ports, receiving infusions through a port or PICC Line, dialysis, or a recent shoulder/elbow operation/injury. You will find clothes from supportive designers and designs by Kendrick Line Designs. The selection includes t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, leisurewear, sports bras, bralettes, tank tops, plus more.
  • Kendrick Line Designs wants to offer an all-inclusive shopping experience. Everyone deserves to feel confident - because we know that when you feel pretty, it can also help distract you from pain. You will find boutique-style dresses, jumpsuits, overalls, blouses, jeans, tops, outerwear, and sweaters, and that's just a few categories!

Do you plan to restock if an item I want is out of stock?

If the product is not marked final sale/clearance, then YES, we are working with that particular distributor to restock. Remember to sign up for restock notifications on the product to see when the item is back live!

*If an item is marked "final sale," then the distributor will not be restocking that style again, and the sizes and colors will be all that remain. We work closely with all of our distributors - unfortunately, we cannot always control whether a business will be restocking every item that we've ordered in the past.

What are the washing instructions for my garment or accessory?

Please take time to read the washing instructions on the care tag of every piece of apparel or accessory. Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed on washed/dried garments, and we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs when washing instructions are not followed.

 

Checking Out FAQs

The item that I purchased is a gift. Can you leave the receipt out and/or add a personalized gift message?

Kendrick Line Designs does not include prices in the packaging, so you will be set to send a shipment directly to your friends or family!

If you would like a handwritten personalized message included in your order, enter your message into the notes section at checkout, and we will be sure to add it to your order. Let's say you forgot to add the message while checking out (OH NO), (DON'T WORRY). If the order has not been sent out, we will be sure to add the message to the order (THANK GOODNESS). Send your order number, name, and gift message to hello@kendricklinedesigns.com.

 

I placed my order and was charged, BUT I never received a confirmation email. What do I do?

First off, don't fret!! First, double-check your spam folder, then you can email us at hello@kendricklinedesigns.com with your full name, shipping address, and the email you entered at checkout. Most importantly, stay calm, and we will figure it out together!

 

Shipping FAQs

If I change my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours during the weekdays to provide our clients with the best customer service. Therefore, unless you contact us before processing, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

*Items on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

When will my tracking update?

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS; please allow 48-72 hours after you receive your tracking number for the tracking information to start to update.

*If you have not received your package, but the tracking says delivered, please remember that sometimes it marks delivered when it arrives at your local hub. If you receive a notification that your package is still in transit, but you've received your package, sometimes the system takes a few hours to a day to update.

I requested an exchange and haven't received a return label- when can I expect it?

We apologize for the delay! We manually process returns and have to evaluate the product. If you've been patiently waiting for more than 2 business days, please email us, and we will get that out to you immediately.
